Thank you for shopping with Selene. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please carefully review our return policy outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask that you initiate your return within this timeframe to ensure a smooth process.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, items should be in a resaleable condition, allowing them to be returned to our stock.
  • Return Notification: All returns must be reported in writing to our support team at support@shopselene.com. Once your return request is received, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Period: After reporting a return, you have an additional 30 days to send the product back to us, provided the initial notification was made within the first 30 days after receipt of the item.
  • Proof of Shipment: Please retain proof of shipment and send a copy to support@shopselene.com. Without a valid proof of shipment or tracking information, we regret that we cannot proceed with a refund.

Important Note: Please ensure that all items meet the above conditions and are in acceptable condition before initiating a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund if these requirements are not met.

Items Excluded from Returns

Please note that some items are excluded from our standard return policy due to the nature of the product:

  • Custom or specially ordered items, including personalized or custom-sized goods, which are non-returnable.
  • Items purchased for business or commercial use.
  • Goods of a personal nature that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and personal care items.
  • Items that have been returned beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Slight Variations in Appearance: Due to variations in manufacturing and materials, some items may differ slightly in appearance from the product images, such as patterns, prints, or colors. These differences are inherent to certain designs and materials and do not qualify as defects or valid reasons for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order after placing it, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and dispatched. Should you wish to return the item after receiving it, please follow the return procedure outlined above.

Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact us at support@shopselene.com to notify us of your return request. Please provide your order number, contact information, and include any photos or videos if there is a defect or damage to the item.
  2. Prepare the Return: Once approved, carefully pack the item to prevent damage in transit. Include any original packaging, tags, and any other items originally included with your purchase.
  3. Ship the Return: As per our policy, the costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that our warehouse is located in Asia, which may affect the cost and timeframe of international returns.
  4. Send Proof of Shipment: Upon shipping, please send the proof of shipment and tracking details to support@shopselene.com to facilitate the processing of your refund.

Notes & Additional Conditions

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the return is borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Selene. Please consider this cost before initiating a return.
  • International Returns: As we collaborate with overseas suppliers, your return may need to be sent back to our warehouse in Asia, which could incur additional costs and extended processing times.
  • Refunds: Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Responsibility for Shipping: We recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. Failure to provide proof of shipment may result in a delay or denial of the refund.
