Processing Time
Orders are processed on the day they are placed and sent to our supplier for fulfillment. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Saturday, processing orders and dispatching them from the warehouse within 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order requirement. Your order will be delivered directly to your door without any additional shipping costs.
Potential Delays
While 97% of our orders are delivered without issue, occasional delays can occur. Common causes include holidays, customs inspections, and courier service disruptions. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ensure every order reaches you as soon as possible.
Lost Shipments
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us promptly. In cases where a shipment appears lost or if you haven’t received your order despite tracking status indicating delivery, we ask that you first contact the courier. If further assistance is needed, we will initiate an investigation. This process can take up to 3 months, after which we will provide a suitable solution. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Tracking Your Order
You may track your order using our tracking page. Tracking information is typically available the day after dispatch, though in some cases, it may take up to 3 days to appear. Initial tracking updates can take up to a week.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our supplier for processing, and therefore, cannot be canceled. However, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt should you wish to return your item.
